- Rent collection - collected from tenant by the 1st, in your account by the 7th - every month
- Monthly statement - transparent WhatsApp/email report showing rent received, fee deducted, balance remitted
- Maintenance coordination - we manage all repairs end-to-end; you only approve the cost, never do the running around
- Tenant communication - every call, complaint, and request is handled by us, not by you
- Move-in / move-out inspection - documented with 20+ dated photos to protect your deposit and property condition
- Police verification - we assist you in completing the mandatory Karnataka tenant verification
- Lease renewal - renegotiation at updated market rates every 11-month cycle
Our Fee - Simple and Transparent
- For domestic owners: 10% of monthly rent. Zero upfront. Zero placement fee from you. For NRI owners: ₹5,000 one-time setup fee + 10% monthly. Everything else is the same. Tenant placement fee: One month's rent — charged to the incoming tenant, not to you. This is standard Bangalore market practice.
- Lease renewal fee (Year 2+): ₹2,000–₹3,000 flat for fresh agreement drafting and execution.
