Rentals: Our fee for rental and leasing services is 1 month’s rent + 18% GST. This single fee covers all our services, from finding and screening tenants to handling the lease agreement, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both landlords and tenants.

Property Sales (Resale): For property sales, our brokerage is as follows:

• From Sellers: 2% + 18% GST of the property value.
• From Buyers: 1% + 18% GST of the property value.

This fee structure ensures that both parties receive our full, unwavering support, including expert market analysis, professional negotiation, and seamless transaction management.
